The training opened the series of quarterly educational programs for top-managers, who are solving specific tasks of modern Agro-Industrial Complex enterprise. In April 2010, in Holland, the second level of training will be held.

The training opened the series of quarterly educational programs for top-managers, who are solving specific tasks of modern Agro-Industrial Complex enterprise. In April 2010, in Holland, the second level of training will be held. The programme of this level includes site visits of leading animal husbandry farms and enterprises of EU.

Nariner Bagmanyan, organizer: What many people refer to as problems, for an effective top-manager are tasks, which have specific solutions. Business School of Agro-Industrial Complex provides these solutions. A top-manager should continuously grow and “pull up” the employees after him. All positive changes in the perception and awareness of a top-manager, as in a mirror, reflect on his subordinates, increasing the efficiency of the whole team.

Joost Gerrits , poultry consultant: European producers and manufacturers do not get subsidies, their costs on feeds and labor are higher than those in Russia.  Yet, nevertheless, the cost price of animal husbandry products in EU is times lower. Reasons lie in different approaches to management of people and business-processes! I brought European management to Russian enterprises and achieved stunning results.

Natalia Yakovleva, expert: One of the mistakes of many top-managers is that they do not use the resources of their suppliers to its fullest. For the same money they can get much more! Another “weak point” is competent, proper motivation of employees, creating from them an effective team, capable of accomplishing more.

Andrew Moiseev, business trainer: An employee who is not clear about his purpose in a team either sabotages the work, or takes care of his personal affairs, or comes up with his own personal goal. One of the major tasks of a top-manager in a group is correct motivation of all employees, from a director of a farm to a tractor driver. I offer specific management tools that enable to turn the subordinates into involved in a common cause companions and most efficient workers.

Anatolij, participant of the training: I came into agro-business to make people who entrusted and believed in me a little bit happier and richer. The training gave me a chance to look at myself from a side and understand in which direction I should move in order to fulfill my task faster and with less difficulty.

David, participant of the training: Practically any mistake of a subordinate is explained by a “defect” in work of a top-manager: incorrectly set task, wrong choice of executor etc. Now I know how to obtain involvement and effectiveness of each employee, I found practical cases in the interactive format very helpful.  

Marina, participant of the training: I understood why so many orders are carried out incorrectly or not carried out at all. Responsibility for a proper transfer of information lays both on a subordinate as well as on a top-manager. It is not easy to “flare up” five thousand of people, many traditional motivation means simply do not work. I am glad I came to this training since I found answers to many of my questions.

Savr, participant of the training: After the training, it is clearer in my head, everything is put in its place, I am ready for a change and change the business environment around me. Very constructive training, took the most benefit in the least time consuming manner.

Ekaterina, participant of the training: When a top-manager has “sparkling eyes”, it is contagious. Personally, I left the training with sparkling eyes! No tedious speakers, instead really necessary practical skills. Many thanks to the organizers and personally to Andrew Moiseev. I spent the time very productively, cannot wait to apply the acquired knowledge at enterprise.
